Pancit lunch

Today was a special day. As we know Mrs.Cruz is joining the Infant/toddler room, she decided to share her cooking skills with us one last time and make pancit. The children were excited to help her prepare the vegetables (some from our own garden!)
Mrs.Cruz shared the rules about cutting vegetables with the children telling them, only one child can help at a time, and our knife must always stay touching the cutting board with the sharp side down.

At lunch we couldn't wait to try it! Many children enjoyed the pancit, some put theirs inside buns and some even finished the whole bowl.
Thanks for sharing your special skills and patience with us Mrs.Cruz. We will miss you. ❤️
